The friendly staff were able to answer our questions in relation to the city and assist us with sightseeing. We found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The location was important to us as we wanted to be close to the centre of the city and still be able to park our vehicle. We would certainly recommend Hotel Touring.

Hotel staff were friendly but efficient. I turned up early, but that wasnt a problem. I was shown straight to my room. The room was clean and comfortable. I had asked for gluten free breakfast, and they accommodated my request easily. The best part was the afternoon on the 5th floor terrace with the most spectacular views of Bologna. The tea was complimentary, and the only extra charge I incurred was for the glass of wine I had on the last evening. They recommendations for dinner was good.
It was probably just a little to far to walk to the station, however I discovered the bus. Not too many choices of restaurant for dinner at night.

Good location - you can drive up to the old town, and you can walk very quickly to the old town (in fact, a hotel in the old town). Cute modern room design (Gold). It's a good thing there are rooms with balconies - for us it's important in summer. Breakfast is not bad, you have a choice. From the terrace on the top floor is a beautiful view, it's pretty nice to sit there drinking wine (provided that it does not have any noisy company (in general, the terrace is accessible to people not from the hotel, they celebrate birthdays, for example). . Girls at the reception (and boys too), but girls especially - well done, friendly. Good wifi everywhere, except for the basement, where there were breakfasts, there was no internet.
I guess that never happened.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is located south of the main square with most of the tourist attractions an easy 5 to 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A complimentary city walking tour was provided on Sunday in English. Highly recommend. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which had the best shower! Delicious continental breakfast. Make sure you ask for a cappuccino. The roof terrace has a fantastic view of Bologna. A great place to watch the sunset while sharing a bottle of wine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Let's talk about what really matters
The dedicated staff ensured my comfort, and the upgrade to a spacious suite with a charming courtyard view was a good surprise. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city. I can't wait to return for more lovely moments!

The location of Hotel Touring, in the heart of Bologna , was exceptional for exploring the city on foot. The rooftop terrace gave a spectacular view of the city.
The room we stayed in was a bit small for the price, but was fine as far as amenities were concerned.

Location was good not too far from the town centre. A nice roof top terrace so great views of the city
When we checked in they said we only have a small room with single beds and would it be okay for one night we said ok, they said next day we will give you a more comfortable room and a 'matrimonial' bed meaning double. Next day we came back to reception after being out best part of the day, no mention of a room change when we asked they showed no interest so we went up to our room finding it hadn't been cleaned. 20 mins later the reception rang at 5pm to say the maid wanted to clean the room!! So we went out came back to find the single beds had become a 'double' just pushed together. I can't understand why they offered us a better room if they had no intention The room was of a reasonable size for our short stay of just 4 nights. That would be my only criticism of the hotel. Don't make promises you can't keep!!
